Job Summary

I Hate Numbers are an Accounting and Business Support Company, based in the centre of Leicester. Our client base includes, sole traders, companies, the not-for-profit sectors etc.

We're looking for a highly organised Administration & Practice Operations Manager who loves creating order, improving systems, and making sure things get done.

This is not an accounts or bookkeeping role. You'll play an important part in the operational engine room of the practice, helping us improve productivity, communication, client experience, and overall efficiency.

Responsibilities

Manage, develop and help squeeze the juice out of our CRM systems

Keep client records, databases, and information accurate
Add new clients into our systems
Maintain workflow and job boards so work keeps moving
Coordinate administration across the practice
Help improve processes, systems, and team communication
Support our growing use of technology, automation, and AI
Free up valuable time for our accounting team to focus on client work

Pay: £25,500.00-£28,000.00 per year
