We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Full Time Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to patient care and demonstrate exceptional clinical skills. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to patients, ensuring their comfort and well-being while adhering to best practices in healthcare.

Duties

Deliver comprehensive patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing interventions.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
Monitor patients' vital signs and report any significant changes in condition to the healthcare team.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualised care plans for patients.
Educate patients and their families about health management, medication usage, and post-discharge care.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
Participate in ongoing professional development and training to enhance nursing skills and knowledge.

Experience

A valid Nursing qualification with current registration as a Registered Nurse.
Proven experience in a clinical setting is desirable, particularly in areas such as patient care or medication administration.
Strong knowledge of human anatomy and physiology is essential for effective patient assessment and care delivery.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport with patients and their families.
Ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining a calm and professional demeanour.
