Trainee Fabricator Welder
Before You Apply
We move at a million miles an hour. This is a fast-paced, intense working environment where we punch above our weight and expect everyone to bring their A-game every single day. If you're looking for a traditional, predictable manufacturing role with a comfortable pace, this isn't it.
What we're looking for is someone who is energised by that pace - who thrives in a high-tempo environment and sees it as an opportunity, not a burden. You'll be working with a small, skilled team that refuses to compromise on quality, and that means constantly pushing to get things right, as efficiently as possible.
If that sounds like you, read on.
Our Story
Hitchcox Motorcycles was born out of a career in F1 engineering. Our Founder Tom took everything he learned from F1 and put it into handcrafting expertly engineered custom exhausts for motorbikes out of our Workshop in Brackley, Northamptonshire. We blend a passion for high-performance, classic motorcycles with an expertise in the engineering and manufacturing of their components.
We launched in April 2022 and are looking for a Trainee Fabricator Welder who wants to be part of an exciting, growing global business. We're not a traditional manufacturing company - we operate more like an engineering boutique where pace and precision matter equally. In this environment, every team member's input is valued. Your role matters, your opinion counts, and as we grow rapidly, you'll develop into a highly skilled Fabricator/Welder while progressing alongside the business.
The quality of our exhausts is everything, so we will only hire the most promising trainee with strong attention to detail, who takes pride in their work and can keep up.
