Responsibilities

Provide a range of barbering services including haircuts, trims, shaves, and styling tailored to individual client preferences
Offer personalised consultations to understand client needs and recommend suitable styles or treatments
Maintain a clean and hygienic workspace in accordance with health and safety regulations
Build strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and foster loyalty
Keep up-to-date with the latest trends in hair styling and barbering techniques
Manage appointment schedules efficiently to minimise wait times and optimise the flow of clients
Ensure all tools and equipment are properly sterilised and maintained for safety and quality standards

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Barber with a strong portfolio of work demonstrating technical skill and creativity
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clientele
Proficiency in hair styling techniques suitable for all hair types
Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Organised with attention to detail to ensure high standards of hygiene and presentation
A professional attitude with a passion for grooming, fashion, and personal care
