Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Shop Assistant/Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the shop, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining an organised environment.

The role is primarily shop/reception based, dealing with our Holiday home owners and covering our reception checking in an out our holiday makers.

Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly and assist them with their inquiries.
Process bookings and prepare for daily arrivals.
Maintain an organised and tidy shop environment, ensuring products are displayed attractively.
Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the till.
Restock shelves and manage inventory levels to ensure product availability.
Handle customer complaints or concerns with professionalism and empathyQualifications
Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred but not essential.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team while also being self-motivated.
Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail.
A friendly, approachable demeanour with a passion for helping others.
Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends if required.
