Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and professional Part-Time Beauty Therapist to join our dynamic team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to utilise your skills in a welcoming environment, providing high-quality beauty treatments to our valued clients. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a passion for customer service, and experience in a wide range of beauty treatments. The position is perfect for individuals looking to develop their career within the beauty industry while maintaining flexibility in their working hours.

Responsibilities

Deliver a range of beauty treatments including skincare, facials, manicures, pedicures, waxing and massage services
Provide exceptional customer service by understanding client needs and offering personalised advice
Maintain a clean and hygienic treatment environment according to health and safety standards
Assist clients with pre-treatment consultations and aftercare advice
Keep up-to-date with the latest beauty trends and techniques to ensure high standards of service
Promote additional services and products to optimise client satisfaction and business growth

Experience

Experience in beauty therapy or related field is preferred but not essential; training can be provided for the right candidate - please note we do require a Level 2 Beauty Therapy qualification as minimum
Strong skills in makeup application and customer service are highly desirable
Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to build rapport with clients of diverse backgrounds
A professional demeanour with a keen eye for detail and a passion for enhancing client wellbeing
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
