What We Offer
?? Salary:
Unqualified Lecturer: £29,294 per year
Qualified Lecturer: £31,885 – £40,814 per year
(Depending on Skills, Qualifications & Experience)
??? Contract Type: Permanent, Full Time, 37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year

What You’ll Do
- Teach and assess learners across a range of Business programmes, including vocational and technical qualifications from Level 2 to T Levels, level 3 where appropriate
- Deliver engaging, industry-relevant lessons that develop commercial awareness, business knowledge, and employability skills
- Support learners to achieve qualifications and progress into employment, apprenticeships, or higher education
- Use practical and creative teaching approaches to bring business concepts to life and make learning relevant to real-world contexts
- Maintain high standards of safeguarding, professionalism, and learner wellbeing
- Track learner progress and provide constructive feedback to support achievement and personal development
- Contribute to curriculum development and help create an inspiring and inclusive learning environment
What You’ll Bring
- A relevant qualification in Business, Management, Enterprise, Marketing, or a related subject (Level 3 or above)
- Strong subject knowledge and the ability to explain concepts clearly and effectively
- Experience working within a business environment and/or supporting learners in education or training
- A commitment to inclusive teaching and learner success
- A Level 4 teaching qualification or above is welcomed — but if you don’t have one yet, we’ll support you to achieve it while you work
