Full job description

Due to phenomenal success, we are expanding our team at The River Barn and are looking for a Wedding Coordinator.

As a Wedding Coordinator you will be working closely with the wedding team to provide support ensuring the growth of the business. The perfect candidate would be somebody who has impeccable attention to detail, is extremely organised and who is able to deliver the highest standard of service to all of our clients. You would be responsible for ensuring all existing and potential clients receive a professional, polite and efficient service and making sure all of the company's standards are adhered to.

We are looking for somebody who is enthusiastic, confident and dynamic with a friendly attitude. This person must be able to work well both on their own as well as part of a team and be able to work well in a fast-paced environment. The perfect candidate must have an excellent telephone manner, be computer literate and have a command of the English Language.

The key responsibilities of the Wedding Coordinator;
- Supporting the smooth running of the wedding department delivering the highest level of customer care.

- Managing telephone calls, emails and correspondence.
- Holding wedding meetings & show rounds with potential/existing couples.
- Assisting the weddings team with wedding-related tasks as required.
- Assisting the wedding planner to ensure the smooth running and delivery of customer's wedding day.
- Creating and updating client documents and databases as required.

This is a full time position is based on 40 hours per week and hours will be given in advance week to week.
Due to the industry, working some weekends, evenings, and bank holidays will be expected as required by the business.
