Senior Stylist, Merluza Hair & Beauty, Hall Green, Birmingham

Full or part time (minimum 16 hours guaranteed)

Merluza Hair & Beauty is an established Hall Green salon of 28 years with a reputation for excellence in colour, cutting and client satisfaction. We're looking for a Senior Stylist confident in all aspects of hairdressing to join our professional, supportive team.

The role

Deliver one-to-one consultations tailored to each client's preferences, recommending the best treatments and services
Perform the full range of services: cutting, blow-drying short and long hair, and all colour techniques including balayage, highlights and colour correction
Maintain a high standard of service, including rebooking clients and recommending retail products and further services
Uphold excellent hygiene, health and safety, and salon cleanliness

What we're looking for

Fully qualified with a minimum of 6 years' experience in a commercial salon environment
A strong portfolio demonstrating your skills
An excellent communicator who engages naturally with clients and the team
Able to recommend products and services while maintaining genuine client relationships
Organised, able to multi-task, reliable and professional, with a real passion for the industry skilled in cutting, colouring, styling, highlights, balayage, colour correction, and hair treatments and attention to detail..
