YOUR ROLE

As a Warehouse Operative at our site in ADC Barton under Needwood you will be part of a successful team who are committed to supporting a high-profile customer. This is a critical role within the operation and directly contributes towards the efficiency and effectiveness of the team and operation.

The rotating shift time for this position is 6:00 to 14:00 and 14:00 to 22:00 Monday - Friday. Salary is up to £28,836.72 per annum - base salary plus supplements/bonuses depending on performance/attendance and manual handling equipment usage.

Minimal manual lifting, with processes designed to support safe and sensible handling.
Mechanical Handling Equipment (MHE) available, with full training and support provided where required (not used in all areas).

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

Unload vehicles, receipt and putaway items
Pick orders, produce despatch and carrier paperwork, and ensure it is logged onto the system where necessary
Load vehicles in accordance with delivery manifests
Liaise with Team Leaders to ensure work is allocated correctly
Maintain stock accuracy

A strong team player who can also work independently when needed
Confident communicating with colleagues and team leaders
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines and targets
Detail-focused, accurate, and committed to maintaining high standards
