Job description:

We’re seeking a highly competent and safety-conscious CCDO Demolition Supervisor to join our team delivering professional demolition projects across London, Kent, and the Home Counties.

About the Role
You’ll oversee day-to-day demolition activities on a variety of sites, ensuring full compliance with health and safety legislation, CDM 2015, and the CCDO Code of Practice. Your leadership will be critical in maintaining a zero-harm culture while delivering efficient, high-quality outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise demolition operatives and subcontractors on residential, commercial, and industrial sites
Conduct daily toolbox talks, site inductions, and on-the-spot risk assessments
Monitor compliance with safety protocols, PPE, plant operations, and material handling
Liaise with clients, principal designers, and HSE representatives as required
Maintain accurate site records, including daily reports and incident documentation

Essential Requirements

Valid CCDO Gold Card (Demolition Supervisor) – mandatory

Preferred Qualifications

SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) certificate

Working Hours
Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM on site
(Occasional weekend or out-of-hours work may be required for specific project phases)
