As part of our continued growth, we are looking for an experienced and motivated Marketing Manager to lead and develop our marketing activities.

Job Description

We are seeking a Marketing Manager to plan, manage, and implement effective marketing strategies that support the growth of Waraich Brothers Ltd.

The successful candidate will be responsible for strengthening our brand presence, increasing customer engagement, supporting sales growth, and managing marketing campaigns across both digital and traditional channels.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company objectives.
Plan, manage, and monitor marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
Manage the company's brand identity and ensure consistent messaging across all marketing materials.
Develop strategies to increase brand awareness, customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
Manage social media platforms, website content, email marketing, and other digital marketing activities.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and new business opportunities.
Work closely with the sales and customer service teams to develop promotional campaigns and improve the customer journey.
Manage marketing budgets and ensure effective allocation of resources.
Monitor campaign performance and analyse key marketing metrics and return on investment.
Prepare regular marketing performance reports for senior management.
Coordinate the production of promotional materials, advertising campaigns, and marketing content.
Identify opportunities for partnerships, promotions, and business development.
Stay informed about developments and emerging trends within the clothing, wholesale, retail, and digital marketing sectors.
Lead, support, and coordinate internal or external marketing resources where required.

Requirements

Previous experience as a Marketing Manager or in a similar marketing management role.
Strong knowledge of digital and traditional marketing strategies.
Experience managing marketing campaigns from planning through to execution and analysis.
Good understanding of social media marketing, content marketing, email marketing, SEO, and digital advertising.
Strong leadership, organisational, and project management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to analyse marketing data and make commercially focused decisions.
Creative approach to marketing with strong attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple campaigns and priorities.
Experience within retail, wholesale, fashion, clothing, or a related sector would be advantageous.
Familiarity with marketing software, analytics platforms, CRM systems, and digital marketing tools.
