Job Overview

We are looking for a commercially driven and results-focused Growth Marketing Manager to generate a consistent pipeline of high-quality sales opportunities by increasing brand visibility, strengthening our marketing output and supporting sales growth.

Working closely with the Sales team, you'll play a key role in developing and delivering marketing strategies that attract new business, nurture customer relationships and drive measurable commercial results. You'll be responsible for managing CRM activity, lead generation, digital marketing, content creation and campaign performance, ensuring marketing activity directly supports the company's growth objectives.

This is a varied, hands-on role that combines creativity with data-driven decision making. You'll use insight and analysis to continually optimise marketing performance while supporting the planning and productivity of the sales team and student work placements.

Key Responsibilities

CRM Management

Aid client retention using CRM to nurture long-term relationships, segmentation & automation.

Key Skills:

Email creation, automation, customer segmentation, data analytics & marketing CRM platform (e.g: HubSpot).

Demand Generation.

Building lead funnels and nurturing high-value prospects to a seasonal calendar of opportunities.

Key Skills:

Accounts based marketing, opportunity prospecting, automation, lead scoring & campaign performance analysis.

Content Marketing

Organic content creation for educational thought leadership, storytelling, brand visibility and SEO.

Key Skills:

SEO strategy, copywriting, case studies. award entries, AI-assisted content creation & performance tracking.

Product Marketing

Responsible for developing positioning, messaging and go-to-market strategies to drive adoption.

Key Skills:

Competitive analysis, customer insight, sales enablement & value proposition development.

Digital Analysis

Website, email and social media analysis to translate metrics into actionable insights that fuel growth.

Key Skills:

Google Analytics 4, SQL, UX tools, data visualisation & dashboard tools such as Lokker Studio or Power BI.

Performance Marketing

Use paid media to create and optimise digital marketing, delivering measurable ROI.

Key Skills:

PPC, paid social, attribution, modelling, campaign analytics and performance expertise (Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta)

Growth Marketing

Run experiments, optimise funnels and blend creative messaging with analytical rigour.

Key Skills:

A/B testing, Conversation Rate Optimisation, lifecycle marketing & data-led experimentation.

Team Development

Support and help oversee the productivity of sales staff and student work placements.

Key Skills:

Sales coaching, performance tracking, pipeline management, CRM reporting, mentoring & task delegation.

Skills & Experience

Essential

Previous experience in a marketing, digital marketing or growth marketing role.
Experience managing CRM systems and marketing automation.
Strong understanding of lead generation and demand generation.
Experience creating marketing content across multiple channels.
Excellent analytical and reporting skills.
Confident using Microsoft Office and digital marketing platforms.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
Commercial mindset with a focus on measurable results.

Desirable

Experience using HubSpot or similar CRM platforms.
Knowledge of Google Analytics 4, Looker Studio or Power BI.
Experience managing PPC and paid social campaigns.
Understanding of SEO and content marketing.
Experience within an agency or B2B environment.
Experience supporting or mentoring team members.
