Full job description

GRADUATE ROLE

Overview
We are looking for a creative and motivated graduate to join our team as a Creative Content Designer for the Electric Horse brands (energy solutions and vehicle leasing). This role is ideal for someone with a passion for visual storytelling who can design engaging graphics, create video content, and produce polished final videos for use across social media and our website.

As well as the above we would also like the candidate to have the ability to support the existing graphic designer with on and offline design for marketing.

Key Responsibilities

Design high-quality graphics for digital platforms, including social media, website, and marketing campaigns
Plan, shoot, and edit video content tailored for different platforms
Produce end-to-end video content, from concept through to final delivery
Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and messaging
Collaborate with marketing and commercial teams to support campaigns
Stay up to date with design trends, social media formats, and video best practices
Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Skills & Experience

A degree (or equivalent) in Graphic Design, Media, Marketing, or a related field
Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
Video editing skills using software such as Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar
Basic understanding of filming techniques, lighting, and audio
Strong creative eye and attention to detail
Good communication and organisational skills
A portfolio demonstrating design and/or video work (academic or personal projects welcome)
Experience creating content for social media platforms
Basic animation or motion graphics skills
Understanding of branding and digital marketing
Ability to produce design for more traditional marketing such as leaflets, banners, presentations, brochures etc.
