Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Commercial and Domestic Cleaner to join our dynamic cleaning team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness across a variety of commercial and residential environments. Your attention to detail, reliability, and positive attitude will ensure that our clients’ spaces are spotless, safe, and welcoming. This position offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to a professional cleaning service that values quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Duties

Perform thorough cleaning of commercial premises such as offices, retail spaces, and industrial sites, ensuring all areas meet cleanliness standards.
Conduct domestic cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping floors, bathroom sanitation, and kitchen cleaning in private residences.
Use appropriate cleaning equipment and supplies safely and efficiently to achieve optimal results.
Follow specific cleaning schedules and procedures tailored to each client’s needs.
Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards identified during cleaning activities promptly to supervisors.
Maintain a high level of professionalism and discretion when working in clients’ homes or business environments.
Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed within designated timeframes while maintaining quality standards.

Requirements

Proven experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial work is highly desirable.
Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering top-quality cleanliness.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing time effectively.
Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks such as lifting, bending, standing, and walking for extended periods.
Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude towards teamwork.
Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to cleaning practices.
Reliable transportation or proximity to the work sites is preferred but not mandatory.
