Job Title: Plasterer on kitchen and bathroom scheme Leeds
Location: Leeds
Contract: Full time
Rate: £1000 PW
Working Hours: Monday–Friday, 7:30am–4:00pm
Reports To: Site Manager / Project Supervisor

Job Summary

Kitchen & Bathroom Refurbishment Scheme, Leeds

Jackson & Lacey Construction Ltd are looking for an experienced plasterer to join our team working on an ongoing kitchen and bathroom refurbishment scheme in Leeds.

The work:

Skimming and patch plastering following kitchen/bathroom strip-outs and refits
Working on occupied and void properties across a housing association contract
Making good after first and second fix trades (plumbers, electricians, joiners)

What we need from you:

Proven experience in domestic plastering, ideally on refurb/void work
Own tools and transport
Comfortable working in occupied homes – tidy, punctual, good with tenants
CSCS card
Able to work to programme across multiple properties
CIS deducted

What's on offer:

Ongoing work, this is a rolling programme

Regular work for a well established Yorkshire contractor
