Full job description

Need flexible sub-contract work in Leicester to keep your week busy? We are building our network of local, multi-skilled contractors for property repair and refurbishment projects.

Work ranges from everyday maintenance jobs and disrepair remedy work through to complete end-of-tenancy void overhauls.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Disrepair & Repair Works: Tackling damp/water damage repairs, wall patching, making good, and general landlord maintenance requests.
Void Property Overhauls: Turning around vacant houses and flats so they are clean, safe, and ready for new occupants.
Trades Covered: General handyman duties, basic joinery (locks, doors, trim), minor plumbing (taps, traps, re-sealing), painting, and minor clearances.

What We Look For:

Status: Self-employed sole trader, partnership, or small trade company.
Essentials: Valid UK driving licence, own van, and full kit of tools.
Insurance: Active Public Liability Insurance is mandatory.
Location: Covering Leicester postcodes.
