Job Summary

Join our vibrant team as a Weekend Bar & Hospitality Assistant, where your enthusiasm and dedication will create memorable experiences for our guests. You will be responsible for providing friendly, efficient service at the bar and throughout the venue, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere that keeps guests coming back. Your positive attitude and attention to detail will be key in maintaining high standards of food safety, cleanliness, and customer satisfaction during busy weekend shifts.

Responsibilities

Welcome guests with a warm smile and assist with their orders at the bar and hospitality areas
Serve food and beverages accurately while adhering to food safety standards and hygiene protocols
Manage cash transactions using basic math skills to handle payments efficiently and correctly
Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, tables, and surrounding spaces to ensure a safe and inviting environment
Support team members in setting up and clearing tables, restocking supplies, and preparing service stations
Monitor guest needs throughout their visit, providing prompt assistance and ensuring a positive experience
Follow all health and safety regulations related to serving food and drinks, including alcohol service where applicable
To work every other Saturday and every Sunday.

Experience

Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant settings is preferred but not required; training will be provided
Knowledge of food safety practices and standards is advantageous
Demonstrated ability to serve customers with professionalism and enthusiasm
Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy periods
Basic math skills for handling payments accurately
Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
