Salary - £13.30 per hour plus Veolia benefits

Hours - Full time, 37 hours per week Monday to Friday- 7am starts and finish time vary

Overtime when needed

Location - Craven Arms, SY7 8DU

What will you be doing?

Collecting refuse/recycling and green waste from domestic properties in the Shropshire area
Accurately record work completed and report any collection issues that arise during the round via the mobile tablet devices.
To return all containers to their correct location after collection as directed.
Assist other Collection crews to complete work when requested to do so.
To ensure that the carriageway is left in a clean condition and any spillages are cleaned up before leaving the area.
To undertake ad-hoc duties as required to maintain a safe, clean working environment and service to our customers

What are we looking for?

Ability to communicate effectively within a team and with the general public
Basic IT Skills - able to use a tablet device
Full driving licence and willingness to progress to class 2 HGV Driver

This position involves physical manual handling duties, considerable daily walking and working outdoors in all weather conditions
