We're looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Compliance Operations Coordinator to support Croud's compliance and governance activities. Working closely with our Director of Compliance, Compliance Manager and Head of Legal, you'll help ensure supplier onboarding, compliance administration and governance processes run smoothly, enabling the wider team to focus on strategic compliance initiatives including ISO27001, AI governance and regulatory compliance.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys working with systems, documentation and multiple stakeholders, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and delivering high-quality work.
Supplier & Third Party Governance
Coordinate the supplier onboarding process from initial request through to approval
Track supplier due diligence activities and ensure required documentation is completed
Liaise with Finance, IT, Legal and business stakeholders to progress onboarding requests
Maintain accurate supplier records and documentation
Compliance Operations
Support the day-to-day administration of the Compliance function
Maintain compliance registers, trackers and internal records
Monitor shared inboxes and coordinate incoming requests
Produce regular reporting on compliance activities and KPIs
Process Improvement
Governance Support
Assist with internal audits and evidence gathering
Support ISO27001 activities and ongoing certification requirements
Support due diligence requests from clients
Assist with maintaining compliance documentation and intranet content
Strong attention to detail
Able to manage multiple competing priorities
Comfortable working with systems, trackers and documentation
Hands-on, problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to troubleshooting issues
Strong research skills to stay updated on regulatory changes, industry trends, and developments that could affect the business's operations
Exceptional administrative, time management, and prioritisation skills to support the above responsibilities
Croud operates a hybrid working model with a minimum of 3 days a week based in our Shrewsbury office and the remaining days from home if you wish.

Standard hours are from 9.00am to 5.30pm, there’s flexibility if agreed in advance with your line managers (it may also be necessary on occasions to work outside of these hours).
