About Us

At The Metal Collective, we’re a small, family-run business specialising in structural and Architectural steel fabrication services. With a steadily growing order book and long-term projects ahead, we’re looking for a skilled Steel Fabricator/Welder to join our team on a permanent basis.

The Role

You’ll be involved in all aspects of architectural steelwork fabrication, from simple balustrades to more complex staircases, balconies etc This is a hands-on role that requires precision, pride in workmanship, and a commitment to high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Fabricate and weld steel components to a high standard.
Interpret and work accurately from technical drawings.
Ensure all work is completed cleanly, neatly, and to specification.
Maintain a tidy and safe work environment.

About You

Proven experience in structural steel and Architectural fabrication and welding.
Excellent attention to detail and pride in your workmanship.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a close-knit team.
Reliable, punctual, and quality-focused.

Working Hours

Monday to Friday: 7:00am – 4:00pm
Breaks: 1 × 20-minute and 1 × 30-minute break daily
Overtime: Available if required but not guaranteed.
