Duties

Manage and coordinate daily administrative tasks to keep office operations running seamlessly
Handle incoming calls with professionalism, practicing excellent phone etiquette to assist clients, vendors, and team members
Maintain organized records through data entry, filing systems, and digital document management using tools like Microsoft Office
Prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations with accuracy and attention to detail
Support financial processes by managing quotations and pipeline movement to completion.
Assist with scheduling meetings, appointments, and calendar management for team leaders
Perform clerical duties such as typing documents, managing office supplies inventory, and coordinating mail distribution

Qualifications

Proven office experience demonstrating strong organizational skills and multitasking abilities
Proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and basic data entry techniques
Previous administrative experience with familiarity in clerical tasks and office procedures
Excellent phone etiquette with clear communication skills
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
Fast typing skills to support efficient data entry and document preparation
Knowledge of general office equipment such as printers, scanners, and telephones
