Secretary / Executive Assistant to the CEO

Position: Full-Time Secretary / Executive Assistant
Salary: £32,000 per annum
Location: Birmingham, onsite
Working hours: 9 hours per day, 5 days per week

Altras International Limited is a fast-growing fintech and international money-transfer company operating across the UK, EU, USA and other international markets through its app-based platform.

The role

We are seeking an organised and professional Secretary to provide day-to-day administrative support to the CEO, including diary management, meeting coordination and handling important communications.

Key responsibilities

Manage the CEO’s diary, appointments and meetings.
Arrange business calls, travel and company visits.
Prepare agendas, take meeting minutes and follow up on actions.
Draft and organise emails, letters, reports and other documents.
Communicate with employees, clients and business partners.
Maintain confidential records and handle sensitive information appropriately.
Track deadlines and remind the CEO of important commitments.
Support company meetings and events.

Support across the business

Provide administrative and coordination support to other departments and senior managers when required, based on business needs.

Requirements

Fluent Arabic and English are essential.
Previous secretarial, administrative or executive-assistant experience.
Strong organisation and time-management skills.
Professional written and verbal communication.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, email and calendar systems.
High level of discretion, reliability and attention to detail.
Ability to manage different priorities and meet deadlines.
