Full job description

Position: Store Manager
Location: Bullring, Birmingham
Salary: 30000 ~ 40000
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree preferred (Diploma of Higher Education also considered)
Experience: 6–10 years of relevant retail experience

Key Responsibilities

· Oversee day-to-day store operations, ensuring efficiency and high standards.

· Drive sales performance through effective strategies and team motivation.

· Lead, coach, and develop store staff to achieve individual and team goals.

· Ensure outstanding customer service and a welcoming shopping experience.

· Manage inventory processes, including stock replenishment and loss prevention.

· Implement promotional activities to boost store traffic and sales.

· Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies.

· Conduct regular team meetings to share updates, objectives, and feedback.

· Handle customer inquiries professionally in person and over the phone.

Skills & Attributes

· Strong leadership and people management skills.

· Positive attitude, integrity, and reliability.

· Emotional maturity and eagerness to learn.

· Alignment with our brand values, fostering a positive team and customer culture.

· Proficiency in systems, reporting, and stock management.

· Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of regional languages is an advantage).

· Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays in line with retail operations.

Pay: £30,000.00-£40,000.00 per year

Experience:

Fashion retail: 5 years (preferred)
