Full job description

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Grill Assistant, Front of House and Drinks Tender. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a lively hospitality environment, providing excellent service to our guests while supporting the kitchen operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with food preparation, serving drinks, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for all patrons. Previous experience in restaurant or hospitality settings is advantageous but not essential, as training will be provided.

Duties

Assist with food preparation and cooking on the grill, ensuring dishes meet quality standards.
Serve drinks efficiently and courteously to guests at the bar and tables.
Support front of house operations by welcoming customers and managing orders promptly.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the serving area, including the bar and dining spaces.
Ensure food safety standards are adhered to at all times during meal preparation and service.
Restock supplies as needed, including garnishes, beverages, and utensils.
Collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Handle cash and card transactions accurately when required.

Skills

Experience or familiarity with food preparation and cooking techniques.
Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in a hospitality setting.
Previous restaurant or serving experience is desirable but not mandatory.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently during busy periods.
Excellent communication skills to interact positively with guests and team members.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
A friendly demeanour with a professional attitude towards customer service. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about hospitality who enjoy working in vibrant environments while delivering top-quality service to guests. All positions are paid, reflecting our commitment to fair employment practices.

Pay: £0.11-£0.16 per month
