Full job description

We are on the look out for a full-time Legal Administrator to help within our busy Conveyancing Department.

The successful candidate should have experience with Microsoft packages and will be responsible for providing administrative support, including but not limited to copying, preparing and filing legal documents, maintaining client records through our case management system, opening and closing client records / case files and audio typing. Completing of Registrations, LBTT applications, dealing with LMS and Lender Exchange . As it is an essential part of the role to engage with clients and other professional bodies a professional and good telephone manner is required.

The ideal candidate should have good time keeping, a keen eye for detail, excellent organisational skills and the ability to work independently and be a team player in a fast-paced environment.

Due to the nature of the position and the fast pace nature of the job, experience in Conveyancing is preferred. Office administrative background is essential.

This is a full-time, permanent position and is office based.
