About The Role

We are seeking an Apprentice Office Administrator, who will play a crucial role in supporting the business management team. You will be responsible for overseeing various personnel and office management tasks. This position requires a high level of flexibility, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to multitask effectively.

Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive administrative support to members of the management team.
Manage day-to-day office operations, including organizing and coordinating meetings, appointments.
Oversee office supplies and inventory management, ensuring adequate stock levels.
Collaborate with external vendors and service providers, such as IT support, facility management, and catering services.
Support the preparation and distribution of internal communications, company announcements, and newsletters.
Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and conferences, including logistics and coordination.
Manage and maintain the office environment, ensuring cleanliness, safety, and a professional atmosphere.
Support the implementation and enforcement of company policies and procedures.
Handle sensitive and confidential information with utmost discretion and professionalism.
Logging and filing of documentation.
SHE – Own Responsibility and Care to Colleagues (Slips, Trips, Hazards and Manuel Handling)
Assisting in preparing and Editing of SHE Documentation for Supervisors

Skills Required

Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including proficiency in English.
Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in completing tasks.
Proficient in using office software and equipment, including MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Ability to work independently, take initiative, and demonstrate a proactive approach to problem-solving.
A flexible and adaptable mindset, with the ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
Discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
A positive attitude, professionalism, and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
