Job Summary

Join our dynamic team as a Sandwich Maker and become the heart of our bustling food service operation! Duties

Prepare a variety of sandwiches according to established recipes and customer preferences, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sandwich station, adhering to strict food safety guidelines at all times.
Manage ingredient inventory, restocking supplies as needed to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
Engage with customers in a friendly manner, taking orders accurately and upselling additional items to enhance their experience.
Follow proper food handling procedures, including portion control and sanitation practices, to promote safety and hygiene.
Assist in opening or closing duties, including cleaning workstations and documenting daily activities.
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during busy periods and support overall restaurant operations.

Qualifications

Prior experience in food preparation or restaurant settings is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are essential.
Knowledge of food safety standards and proper sanitation practices is highly desirable.
Basic math skills for measuring ingredients and handling cash transactions confidently.
Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with kitchen equipment such as knives, grills, or sandwich presses is a plus.
Excellent communication skills for engaging with customers and team members alike.
A passion for culinary arts and delivering exceptional customer service that leaves a lasting impression.
