We have an amazing opportunity for an experienced Head Chef to join our team.

Job Title: Head Chef

The Masons Arms Hotel

40/50 Covers per day +events

Cuisine: Classic and Modern British.

Hours Per Week: 37 Hours Per Week Including Weekends

No evening work unless we have an event/function on, no split shifts or unsociable hours, year-round business.

We are looking for a Head Chef to take the reins @ the Masons, hotel and restaurant in Louth town centre. As Head Chef you will lead a kitchen team, producing hearty, quality dishes using the finest local and regional produce across a busy hotel and restaurant operation.

The Head Chef will take full ownership of the kitchen operation, driving food standards, GP performance and brigade development across a hotel and restaurant environment. As Head Chef you will be commercially minded and operationally strong, with a proven ability to manage both the creative and commercial demands of a busy kitchen & have input on menus & specials

The ideal Head Chef will bring genuine passion for seasonal, locally sourced cooking. The Head Chef will also be a natural leader, committed to developing their team and maintaining consistently high standards of food and service.

Our current menu is open for discussion with the successful candidate to use your own initiative & flair.
