Full job description

We currently have an exciting opportunity for Receptionist/ Administrator to join our office in Bishopbriggs on a full time basis. Hours of work are 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday.

At Drummond Miller, we are driven to providing excellent client service and are looking for an individual who excel in client service and organisational skills. As the first point of contact for our clients, you will play a vital role in ensuring that all visitors and enquiries are handled with professionalism and care, while also providing administrative support to the wider legal team. We are continually evolving and improving, and our drive to get better is what makes Drummond Miller a great place to work.

Key Responsibilities

Provide a welcoming, professional, and efficient reception service, greeting and directing all visitors appropriately.
Ensuring calls and emails are transferred and messages passed on accurately.
Assist staff working remotely by scanning documents and retrieving/processing printing.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail.
Acting as a first point of contact for fee earners, clients and lenders, including handling initial calls/emails and providing quotes.
Administrative support to the conveyancing team

About You

Previous experience in reception or customer service, ideally within a professional services environment.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organisational and time management abilities, with excellent attention to detail.
Presentable, reliable, and adaptable with a proactive approach to tasks.
Proactive, detail-focused, and a strong team player.
