Salary: £16,161.60 per annum (£14.80 per hour)
Contract: Permanent
Hours: 21 hours per week, worked on a rota basis
Location: Marshall Hall Estate, Mill Hill, London

We are looking for a motivated and compassionate individual to join our established Supported Living team at our Marshall Hall Estate in Mill Hill.

Working in a busy office environment, you will provide intensive housing management support to residents, helping them achieve greater independence while promoting their wellbeing and quality of life.

Your responsibilities will include:

Conducting responsive visits to residents and carrying out assessments to support their health, safety and welfare needs.
Working closely with the Estate Manager and wider team to identify and resolve issues using solution-focused and person-centred approaches.
Supporting residents to maintain their independence and access appropriate services where needed.
Assisting with the planning and delivery of social events and activities for residents across the estate.

We're looking for someone who:

Has experience supporting older people or working within a similar care, housing or support environment.
Demonstrates empathy, patience and a calm, compassionate approach.
Can take a firm but fair approach when required.
Works effectively as part of a team whilst also being confident working on their own initiative.
Has strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
Is flexible and able to work a rota pattern.

This role operates predominantly between 9am and 5pm, Monday to Sunday on a rota basis. You will also participate in an on-call rota and may be required to respond to emergency situations when necessary.
