Social Media Manager / Content Creator

We’re looking for a creative, motivated and organised Social Media Manager / Content Creator to join our growing team.

Whether you’re experienced or just starting your career, we’d love to hear from you if you’re passionate about social media, enjoy creating engaging content and are eager to develop your skills in digital marketing.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a wide range of businesses, helping to manage client social media accounts, create engaging content and contribute to the growth of a fast-paced marketing agency.

Your Responsibilities

Manage a portfolio of client social media accounts.
Plan and schedule content across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn.
Create engaging content including:
Reels
Short-form videos
Graphics
Stories
Promotional campaigns
Write engaging captions and social media copy.
Visit client locations to capture professional photo and video content when required.
Edit videos and photos ready for publication.
Design graphics using Canva (Adobe experience is a bonus).
Monitor comments, messages and community engagement.
Keep up to date with current social media trends.
Assist with planning monthly content calendars.
Produce simple performance reports for clients.
Deliver work on time while maintaining high quality standards.

We’re Looking For Someone Who

Has a genuine passion for social media and digital marketing.
Enjoys creating content and being creative.
Has experience creating content, whether professionally, through freelance work, university, personal projects or by growing their own social media pages.
Is confident using platforms such as Instagram, Facebook and TikTok.
Has basic video editing and graphic design skills (Canva, CapCut, Adobe or similar).
Has excellent communication skills.
Is organised and able to manage multiple tasks.
Has a positive attitude and is eager to learn.
Can work independently and as part of a team.
Has a portfolio or examples of previous work (professional or personal).

No agency experience is required. We value creativity, enthusiasm, a strong work ethic and the willingness to learn above previous job titles.

Desirable (Not Essential)

Photography or videography experience.
Experience using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite or CapCut.
Knowledge of Meta Business Suite.
Basic understanding of Meta Ads or Google Ads.
Experience with scheduling tools.
Full UK driving licence.
Access to a vehicle for attending client content shoots.
