Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and friendly Barista/All Rounder to join our vibrant team! In this dynamic role, you will be the face of our establishment, delivering exceptional service while preparing high-quality food and beverages. Duties

Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, teas, and specialty beverages with precision and flair
Assist in food preparation, including assembling sandwiches, salads, and snacks according to safety standards
Maintain food safety protocols by adhering to hygiene regulations and cleanliness standards at all times
Provide excellent customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and ensuring guest satisfaction
Manage cash register operations with accuracy using basic math skills for transactions and change handling
Keep the workspace clean and organized, including cleaning equipment and sanitizing surfaces regularly
Support team members during busy periods by efficiently managing multiple tasks and time effectively

Qualifications

Previous barista experience is preferred but not mandatory; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are essential
Knowledge of food safety standards and practices to ensure safe handling of food and beverages
Experience in serving customers in a fast-paced environment demonstrating excellent communication skills
Ability to perform food preparation tasks with attention to detail and quality control
Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately
Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy shifts
A positive attitude, reliability, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences
