Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and energetic General Bar Manager to lead and oversee all aspects of our bar operations. This role is vital in creating an inviting atmosphere, ensuring exceptional service, and maintaining high standards of food safety and quality. As the driving force behind our bar team, you will inspire excellence, manage daily operations, and elevate the guest experience through your leadership, culinary expertise, and passion for hospitality. Duties

Lead and supervise all bar staff, including bartenders, servers
Oversee beverage preparation, ensuring quality standards are met consistently
Manage inventory levels, order supplies, and control costs to maximize profitability while maintaining excellent service standards
Develop innovative drink menus and promote culinary offerings that enhance the guest experience
Monitor customer interactions to ensure high levels of satisfaction and address any issues promptly

Qualifications

Proven supervising experience in busy bar environments with strong team management skills
Previous hospitality or busy bar experience is highly desirable
Barista experience is a plus for creating specialty beverages that delight guests
Demonstrated leadership abilities with excellent communication skills
Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail in food safety and service quality
