Full job description

Job Summary

XYRESIC Pharmacy t/a Stone Pharmacy is an established independent community pharmacy group operating across four branches, delivering high-quality pharmaceutical services and patient-centred care. As our multi-branch operations continue to develop, we are seeking a motivated and analytical Business Analyst to support strategic planning, operational improvement and effective coordination across the group.

The role will be primarily based at Head Office, with duties across our pharmacy branches as required.

Key Responsibilities

Research and analyse the company's strategic position, market, customers and key stakeholders, presenting findings and recommendations to management.
Analyse operational and commercial performance across all four branches to identify trends, risks and opportunities for improvement.
Review internal business structures, processes and workflows and recommend changes to improve efficiency and branch coordination.
Assess business requirements for organisational change, communication methods, technology and IT tools, supporting implementation of appropriate improvements.
Prepare business performance reports, forecasts and analysis to support management decision-making and strategic planning.
Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for growth and strengthen the company's market position.
Assess requirements for new business standards, systems and certifications and support their effective implementation across the group.
Monitor implemented business changes and evaluate their impact on operational performance and strategic objectives.

Requirements

Degree or equivalent qualification in Business, Management, Business Analytics or a related discipline.
Strong analytical, research and problem-solving skills.
Ability to interpret business data and present clear recommendations.
Good communication, reporting and stakeholder-management skills.
Understanding of business systems, technology and process improvement.
Ability to work effectively across a multi-branch business environment.

Work Location: Primarily Head Office, with work across the company's four pharmacy branches as required.

Pay: £33,000.00-£43,000.00 per year
