The Role: Inbound Energy Sales Advisor

As an Inbound Energy Sales Advisor, you’ll take calls from new and existing customers, helping them retain or purchase products and services. Your mission is simple: connect, understand, and guide.

You’ll chat. You’ll ask questions. You’ll listen.
Then you’ll clearly explain the products and services that best meet each customer’s needs.

Yes, there are targets, but you’ll be fully supported by a friendly, experienced team every step of the way.

What You’ll Do

Support existing customers who are moving home and retain them where possible
Identify and promote sales opportunities across a wide range of products and services
Provide clear, accurate information to ensure consistency and compliance
Increase customer retention through exceptional service and genuine connection

What We’re Looking For

Personality goes a long way here. If you can talk to anyone, simplify complex information, and stay positive, even during challenging calls, you’ll fit right in.

You don’t need to be an energy expert. We’ll teach you everything you need to know.

You’ll thrive in this role if you have:

A professional telephone manner and experience in telesales or a similar role
The drive to meet and exceed KPIs across productivity, quality, and customer service
Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow processes accurately and compliantly
Confidence to deliver consistently strong performance
The ability to adapt your communication style to different customers
Enthusiasm, positivity, and a willingness to take on new challenges
A desire to grow, learn, and stay up to date with products and sales techniques

Competitive base salary + uncapped commission (top performers earn £35K+ OTE)
Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm (no weekends)
