Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Restaurant Manager to lead our vibrant dining establishment. In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily operations, ensure exceptional guest experiences, and foster a positive, team-oriented environment. Your leadership will drive service excellence, uphold food safety standards, and inspire your team to deliver memorable culinary experiences. Duties

Manage all aspects of restaurant operations, including staffing, scheduling, and training to ensure smooth daily functioning
Supervise food preparation and cooking processes to maintain high-quality standards and consistency in every dish served
Oversee food safety protocols, ensuring compliance with health regulations and proper food handling procedures
Lead and motivate a diverse team of servers, kitchen staff, bartenders, and other personnel to deliver outstanding customer service
Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and manage food production to minimize waste and control costs
Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints promptly, and ensure a welcoming atmosphere for all guests
Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to maintain quality ingredients and equipment needed for seamless restaurant operations

Skills

Proven supervising experience within a restaurant or hospitality environment
Strong team management skills with the ability to inspire and develop staff members
Extensive restaurant experience with knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen operations
Familiarity with food safety standards and best practices in food production
Leadership qualities that promote a positive work environment and high employee morale
Excellent communication skills for effective team coordination and customer engagement
Experience in hospitality settings such as hotels or bars is a plus; barista experience is also beneficial
