The Opportunity
Do you love digital marketing? Ever found yourself opening an email, scrolling social media or seeing a Google Ad and thinking, "I'd do that differently"? This could be the one for you.
We're looking for a proactive, creative and commercially minded person to join our Marketing team as our Digital Marketing Executive.
Your main focus will be email marketing, paid search (PPC) and social media, helping to plan, deliver and optimise campaigns that drive engagement, traffic and sales. You'll work closely with our designers, wider Marketing team and external PPC agency to bring campaigns to life from idea through to launch.

What You’ll Be Getting Up To
You'll get stuck into a real mix of work. No two days are quite the same, but here's a flavour of what you can expect.
Email Marketing
- Plan, build and send engaging email campaigns.
- Help shape our email strategy and customer journeys.
- Keep an eye on what's working (and what's not!) using campaign reporting and insights.
- Test new ideas to continually improve performance.
- Work closely with the wider Marketing team to support launches, promotions and seasonal campaigns.
PPC
- Be the main point of contact for our external PPC agency.
- Review campaign performance and help shape future strategy.
- Spot opportunities to improve performance and maximise return on investment.
- Work alongside the wider Marketing team to make sure campaigns are aligned.
Social Media
- Help bring our brand to life across our social channels.
- Plan and schedule engaging content.
- Support paid and organic social campaigns.
- Keep an eye on trends and identify new opportunities.
Campaigns
- Work alongside the wider Marketing team to bring campaigns to life online.
- Help coordinate activity across email, PPC, social and our website.
- Use data and customer insights to help make every campaign even better than the last.
Is This You?
We're looking for someone who's already had some experience working in digital marketing and is ready to take the next step.
You'll be someone who enjoys creating campaigns, spotting opportunities and taking ownership of your work. You're naturally curious, love trying new ideas and don't wait to be asked if you see something that could be better.
This role would suit someone who's confident working independently but equally enjoys collaborating with others to bring campaigns to life.
What we're looking for
- At least 2 years’ experience in a digital marketing role (ideally 3+ years)
- Hands-on experience with email marketing and campaign management
- A good understanding of Google Ads and PPC, whether that's managing campaigns yourself or working with an agency
- Experience managing social media channels for a business
- Comfortable using Google Analytics (GA4) and reporting on campaign performance
- A creative mindset with excellent written communication skills
- Organised and able to manage multiple projects without dropping the ball
- Commercially minded - you enjoy looking at data and using it to make better decisions
- Proactive by nature - you don't wait to be told; if you spot something that could be better, you say so
Bonus Points (But Don’t Worry If Not)
- Experience using email marketing platforms such as Klaviyo, Mailchimp, Dotdigital or similar
- Experience managing multi-channel marketing campaigns
- Exposure to paid social advertising (Meta, LinkedIn or similar)
- Experience using Google Merchant Centre or Performance Max campaigns
- Basic HTML/CSS knowledge
- Experience working with ecommerce websites or CMS platforms
- Experience using AI tools to improve productivity and campaign creation
