Job Summary

We are seeking a talented and professional beautician to join our beauty team. The ideal candidate will specialise in eyelash extensions and enhancements, providing clients with personalised, high-quality services that enhance their natural beauty. This role offers an opportunity to work in a welcoming environment where customer satisfaction and attention to detail are paramount. The Lash Technician will be responsible for delivering exceptional treatments while maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and safety.

Responsibilities

Able to proved a range of beauty treatments, ensuring a comfortable and safe experience for clients
Conduct consultations to understand client preferences and recommend suitable lash styles
Maintain cleanliness and sterilisation of all tools and work areas in accordance with health and safety regulations
Provide excellent customer service by creating a relaxing environment and addressing client questions or concerns
Keep up-to-date with the latest lash techniques, products, and industry trends
Manage appointment schedules efficiently to optimise client flow and minimise wait times
Promote retail products related to eyelash care to enhance client results and satisfaction

Skills

Proven experience in application of a range of beauty treatments
Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and ensure client satisfaction
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English
Organised with attention to detail to deliver precise and consistent results
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Professional attitude with a focus on hygiene, safety, and client confidentiality
