Located in the picturesque village of Alrewas, close to the National Memorial Arboretum and the canal network, the pub benefits from a strong community spirit, regular village events, and tourism opportunities.

The business is currently taking approximately £8,500 in weekly sales and operates as a predominantly wet-led pub, with a 90% wet and 10% food sales split.
