Pay: £12.71 - £14.90 per hour

Job Title: Operations Assistant / Administrator

Location: Leeds or Cirencester

We are seeking an Operations Assistant/ Administrator to join our ever-growing business in a busy environment. We, The Electronics Group, are the UK’s largest independent electronics manufacturing support business. Operating from three training centres throughout the UK, we provide business through the country, Europe and farther afield with electronics training and technical inspection services.

This multi-faceted role will play an important role in the next stage of our growth plans. The role of Operations Assistant/ Administrator, to be based in either our Leeds or Cirencester training centres, will involve a mix of roles and responsibilities, requiring someone who is diligent, has great attention to detail and strong organisation skills.

Roles and responsibilities

Answering inbound phone and email queries
Greeting visitors and delegates
Taking deliveries and arrange outbound shipments
Preparing and processing invoices
Ordering of stationery, stock and general office supplies
Creating and sending booking forms to customers
General administrative duties
Stock management

Who we are looking for

Hardworking
Organised
Great attention to detail
Ability to use initiative and self-starter (don’t worry – lots of training will be given first!)
Ideally, with some experience in an administrative position

What we offer

£12.71 - £14.90 per hour
37.5 hour week, Monday to Friday
Christmas shutdown
