Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Sales and Marketing professional to join our team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to develop and implement strategic sales initiatives, foster strong client relationships, and enhance brand visibility across various markets. The successful candidate will be instrumental in driving business growth through effective communication, negotiation, and organisational skills. Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to meet organisational targets.
Identify new business opportunities through market research and networking.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
Conduct B2B sales negotiations to secure contracts and maximise revenue.
Organise marketing campaigns across digital platforms and traditional channels.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and content.
Manage client accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
Utilise IT tools effectively for CRM management, data analysis, and reporting.
Maintain organised records of sales activities, client interactions, and campaign results.
Demonstrate excellent communication skills in English to articulate value propositions clearly.

Qualifications

Proven experience in sales, particularly B2B environments, is preferred.
Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in IT systems relevant to sales and marketing activities.
Valid driving licence is desirable for client visits and meetings.
Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Good time management skills to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Customer service orientation with a professional attitude towards clients and colleagues.
