Full job description

Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Office Administrator to join our team to cover a Maternity Leave position. The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational skills and a background in administrative tasks and sales. This role is important to help ensure the smooth operation of the office through providing administrative support.

Requirements

Previous office experience with confident phone manner.
Sales and order processing experience
Strong typing skills with attention to detail for accurate data entry.
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
Ability to work independently and within a small team.

Duties

Handle incoming calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
Sales and Order Processing - including managing customer accounts and responding to customer queries swiftly.
Communicating with the warehouse on a regular basis.
Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, maintaining up-to-date records.
Assist with bookkeeping tasks including invoicing and expense tracking.
Provide clerical support such as filing, scanning, and managing correspondence.
Support team members with administrative tasks as needed to enhance productivity.

Job Types: Part-time, Temporary
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: From £195.00 per week
