Company Profile

Greentree, an established market leader in the design and manufacture of engineered rubber and plastic solutions for the protection and finishing industries has an opening for a Sales Support role.

Greentree represent the global brand Caplugs throughout the UK & Europe and also carry a wide range of products from other manufacturers such as 3M, Scapa & Advanced Tapes. With a wide range of customers from small regional powder coaters to multinational OEMs, opportunities at Greentree are exciting and varied.

Job Specification

· Sales Invoicing

· Sales Credit notes

· Posting bank payments to Sage

· Credit Control

· Bank Reconciliations

· Month End Processes

· Maintenance of various spreadsheets

· Monthly revaluations of debtors’ ledger (foreign accounts).

· Creating commercial invoices

· Purchase Ledger Invoicing

· Courier Queries

· Coding and posting of petty cash/franking machine

· Filing of invoices, PO’s and other paperwork

· Perform additional ad hoc duties as necessary

Ideal Requirements

· Previous PL, SL or accounts experience preferred

· Ability to work diligently and accurately with a keen eye for detail

· Work to regular deadlines and get tasks completed fully and on time

· Good communication and organisational skills essential

· Willingness to take on new tasks and learn

· Confident with Excel and Accounting systems (Sage systems ideally)

Location: Tewkesbury, Gloucestershire.

Accounts System: Sage 200

Hours Per Week: Monday – Friday 37.5 hours per week 8.30am – 5.00pm (1h for lunch)

Holidays: 22 days

Salary: £28K - £30K (Depending on experience)

Bonus: Quarterly bonus based on company performance

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £28,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
