Whitstable Town Football Club is a community-focused football club competing at Step 4, dedicated to fostering local talent through its 25 youth teams and engaging the community in the spirit of sport.
Summary

We are seeking enthusiastic and experienced Bar Staff to join our team at Whitstable Town Football Club, located in Whitstable. In this role, you will play a vital part in enhancing the matchday experience for our fans while upholding our commitment to excellent service and community values.
Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service to all patrons
Prepare and serve beverages and snacks efficiently
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
Handle cash transactions accurately
Assist in inventory management and stock control
Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming atmosphere
Engage with fans to enhance their matchday experience
Qualifications
Proven experience in hospitality or bar service
Knowledge of food safety standards
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work efficiently under pressure
Basic math skills for cash handling
Time management skills to ensure timely service
