We are looking for a talented, ambitious and passionate Beauty Therapist to join our growing team at Beau.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver a wide range of beauty treatments to the highest professional standard.
Perform gel polish nail treatments with confidence, precision and attention to detail.
Provide expert advice on treatments, skincare and homecare products.
Build lasting relationships with clients by delivering exceptional customer service.
Achieve individual and team sales targets through confident product and treatment recommendations.
Maintain excellent standards of hygiene, professionalism and client care.
Work collaboratively within a positive, supportive and high-performing team.

What We’re Looking For

NVQ Level 2 Beauty Therapy qualification (or equivalent) or above.
Confident and experienced in gel polish nail treatments.
A friendly, professional, and client-focused approach.
Passion for beauty, skincare, and delivering outstanding results.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
A motivated, reliable, and proactive attitude.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Sales-minded with experience achieving retail or treatment targets.
Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends where required.
Fluent in English.
A desire to learn, grow, and build a long-term career with Beau.
