Full job description

SIPs Eco Panels is a growing Sips Timber Frame Manufacturer specialising in SIP (Structural Insulated Panel) construction, the company now seeks an additional experienced FORKLIFT OPERATOR to join their existing production team based in their factories in Glenrothes, Fife.

Candidates MUST have current tickets for Combi.

Ideally, candidates should come from a manufacturing background and/or be experienced with the movements, hazards and dangers involved whilst operating a forklift within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

The position available will be full time (after 3-month probationary period), day shift Monday to Friday with overtime as required.

Hourly rates offered dependent on skills sets and levels of experience.

Job Duties:

Load and unload lorries in a safe and efficient manner
Move and stack materials
Rotate floor stock
Perform general warehouse/ tidying duties to maintain a smooth operation
Receive/ process shipments
Inspect and maintain equipment, reporting any faults or wear and tear
Assist in factory when required

Experience:

Forklift: 2 years (preferred)

Licence:

Certified Forklift Operator (required)
Counterbalance Forklift (required)
CPSC (preferred)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
