Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Men’s Barber to join our vibrant team! In this energetic role, you will deliver exceptional grooming services tailored to men's hair and styling needs, creating confident, polished looks for every client. Your expertise in barbering combined with excellent customer service skills will ensure a welcoming atmosphere where clients feel valued and satisfied. This position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your creativity, technical skills, and passion for grooming while building lasting relationships with our diverse clientele.

Duties

Provide professional haircuts, shaves, beard trims, and styling services tailored to individual client preferences
Consult with clients to understand their desired look and recommend suitable styles or grooming options
Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring all tools and equipment are sanitized and properly stored
Offer exceptional customer service by engaging in friendly communication, listening attentively, and addressing client needs promptly
Stay updated on current barbering trends, techniques, and products to deliver innovative grooming solutions
Manage appointment schedules efficiently to maximize client satisfaction and salon flow
Educate clients on hair care routines and product recommendations for ongoing maintenance

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Men’s Barber or in a similar barbering role with a strong portfolio of work
Proficiency in hair styling, cutting techniques, shaving, and beard grooming
Excellent communication skills in English to effectively interact with clients and team members
Strong customer service orientation with the ability to create a welcoming environment
Knowledge of health and safety standards related to sanitation and sterilization of tools
Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings as needed
Certification or licensing as required by local regulations for barbering professionals
