Full job description

Job overview

To support core warehouse operations—including picking, packing, ticketing, and dispatch—ensuring all orders are processed accurately and sent out prior to deadlines to meet Christmas demand and TH Baker standards.

Key Responsibilities

Warehouse Operations: Execute all picking, packing, ticketing, and dispatch duties accurately and efficiently.
Packing & Labeling: Securely pack items using correct packaging, ensure precise case labeling, and organize dispatch containers.
Ticketing & Formatting: Ensure items are correctly ticketed, prepped, and ready for dispatch.
Returns & Gift Wrapping: Process and dispatch customer returns and exchanges; assist with gift wrapping during peak periods.
Stock Control: Monitor packaging supplies and alert the Head Office Coordinator when stock runs low.

Working Hours & Schedule

Shifts: Varied shifts operating between 07:00 and 19:00, including weekend shifts to match seasonal Christmas requirements.
Flexibility: Must be fully available for scheduled shifts between these hours and through the end of December 2026.
Work Style: Ability to operate effectively both independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.

Pay: Up to £12.74 per hour
