Office Manager & Executive Assistant

Location: Paignton, Devon (EPIC Centre)

As we continue to grow, we’re looking for an organised, proactive Office Manager & Executive Assistant to support our leadership team and help create an efficient, welcoming and well organised workplace.

This is far more than a traditional administration role.

You’ll become a trusted member of the team, working closely with our directors while supporting colleagues across the business. From coordinating meetings and managing diaries to organising travel, keeping the office running smoothly and helping improve the way we work, you’ll play an important part in our continued success.

No two days are the same, and that’s exactly what makes this role so rewarding.

What You’ll Be DoingSupporting the Leadership Team

You’ll help our leadership team stay organised and focused by managing diaries, coordinating meetings, preparing agendas, capturing actions and making sure important follow ups are never missed. Your support will help the team spend more time leading the business and less time managing administration.

Helping the Office Run Smoothly

You’ll coordinate many of the day to day activities that keep the office organised, from booking travel and ordering equipment to arranging meeting rooms, managing deliveries, coordinating suppliers and ensuring colleagues have everything they need to do their jobs effectively.

Creating Great Experiences

You’ll help create a welcoming, professional environment for both our team and visitors. Whether you’re helping onboard a new employee, organising internal activities or preparing for an important client meeting, you’ll play an important part in our culture.

Supporting Better Ways of Working

We’re always looking for ways to improve. You’ll help organise documentation, maintain shared resources, support internal processes and identify simple ways to make day to day administration more efficient.
